ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Bookings are made
weekly or multi-weekly with Arrivals and Departures on
Saturdays.
A deposit of 50% of
the rental is required to secure reservations, the
balance is due 15 days prior to arrival
Cancellation
without 30 days notice will forfeit Security Deposit
Payment is made by
Major Credit Card only through secure online payment
No Pets or Smoking
is allowed
Children are
allowed
Check-out is by
10:30 AM and Check-in is after 3:00PM
Housekeeping is
provided before and after arrival and also once a week
on multi-week stays
Housekeeping can be
provided in addition for extra charge
