Effective October 1st Associated Property Management (2001) Ltd and RE/MAX Management Solutions Merge

Kelowna, October 1, 2018 – As of October 1st, 2018, two well recognized companies in the property management industry in Kelowna are joining forces.  Associated Property Management (2001) Ltd and RE/MAX Management Solutions, both full service professional property management companies, will merge together operating under Associated Property Management effective immediately.  APM owners Rob Zivkovic and Sean Paulsen along with RE/MAX owner Cliff Shillington both share a similar vision of growth in market share and  expanding opportunities.  Now based out of four locations in Kelowna and West Kelowna, Rob Zivkovic states “we can continue to advance our services throughout the Central Okanagan to the consumer with more than 35 licensed property and strata managers offering a full line of services ranging well beyond just residential property and strata management”  Sean Paulsen says services also include commercial and industrial, rental pool, vacation rentals, tenant placements, property assessments and non-resident owners tax investment advice.  Cliff Shillington, who has an extensive and successful  background in franchising and business expansion, sees the merger of the two companies creating a dominant market share that utilizes the latest technology with only full time professionals offering a higher level of service. “As Kelowna and the Okanagan grows so will we as we will continue to look at further expansion opportunities to serve our communities at the highest level possible”.
